We engaged Hall Associates to conduct some research to help us understand how our existing and lapsed members felt about the current membership experience. The results of the research were used by Hall Associates to propose options to improve membership retention.

Hall Associates ensured they fully understood our needs so that their recommendations took into consideration resource availability and were prioritised.

We are now implementing two out of the five proposals which Hall Associates are continuing to support us with. They have a wealth of knowledge about the membership sector and this has been valuable to us in deciding next steps. We would not hesitate to engage Hall Associates in the future to help with other membership initiatives.
