Our health checks are designed to address the immediate membership challenges facing our client, inform future strategy and planning, and launch a programme of change. These comprise a low cost, focussed, performance review, with the objectives of:
Conducting a “health check” type audit of current membership activities.
Confirming where our client is doing well, and identifying areas which can be enhanced.
Determining the level of opportunity on offer, and how that can be realised.
Developing a plan for launching a programme of change and membership growth.
Typically, these projects take 4 weeks to complete and encompass a review of existing membership processes and ways of working, an assessment of engagement routines throughout the membership journey, and a benchmarking exercise comparing key membership performance indicators against a range of contemporary organisations.
