Our health checks are designed to address the immediate membership challenges facing our client, inform future strategy and planning, and launch a programme of change. These comprise a low cost, focussed, performance review, with the objectives of:

  • Conducting a “health check” type audit of current membership activities. 

  • Confirming where our client is doing well, and identifying areas which can be enhanced. 

  • Determining the level of opportunity on offer, and how that can be realised. 

  • Developing a plan for launching a programme of change and membership growth.

Typically, these projects take 4 weeks to complete and encompass a review of existing membership processes and ways of working, an assessment of engagement routines throughout the membership journey, and a benchmarking exercise comparing key membership performance indicators against a range of contemporary organisations.
