We carry out personalised, telephone based, lapsed member research and recovery campaigns for many clients on a regular basis. The key objectives are to re-engage with these lost members, persuade them to re-join, and gain further insight into the background issues and reasons for lapsing. These campaigns are designed to:

  • Stimulate reinstatement amongst lapsed members.

  • Generate cash from recovery of subscription income.

  • Gain fresh intelligence on member opinions, attitudes and behaviour generally.

  • Identify potential future re-joiners.

We follow the same overall approach and methodology as with the renewal intervention, and we are able to offer a performance related fee structure where we carry all of the financial risk and our clients only pay against the results we deliver.
