A successful and sustainable membership journey is built around promoting member aspirations to move up the membership ladder, upgrading member status along the way to match with the career progression of the individual concerned.
This starts right from the initial point of joining, encouraging ambitions to move through the grades and eventually to become a Fellow or other level of “senior” member, and potentially take on an Advocate or Ambassador role for their membership body.
We engage by telephone with our clients’ members at various stages of their journey to encourage them to progress, take further qualifications where appropriate and stimulate movement up to the next membership grade.
